Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Auravanta purchase, we're here to help.


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.


Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry that has been opened, worn, or removed from its original packaging or seal.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at auravantapremium@gmail.com     to initiate a return
  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at auravantapremium@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos at auravantapremium@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
